The ITT Flygt APP521 duplex pump controller strengthens our already solid monitoring and control product range. The APP521 is a robust, simplified controller for small to medium pump stations.
Development efforts on the APP521 focused on creating a system defined by its simplicity, both in design and function. It’s extremely hands-on. The intuitive compass rose navigator is a big step towards simplified monitoring and control which requires almost no training.
The pump control functions were carefully selected for ease of monitoring and control. In addition to standard features such as, automatic alternation, high and low level alarms, & remote communications, there are general inputs which enable you to configure optional functions for specific pump applications.
When the APP521 is connected to ITT Flygt’s SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system AquaView, you can remotely read status, alarms and operational data. You can also remotely control the pump and change set points. The powerful APP521 even communicates using the industry standard MODBUS protocol which allows it to be easily integrated into existing SCADA systems.
