A pump station is not complete without controls. We offer a full range of control panels specially designed for the TOP system. They not only provide basic monitoring and control functions, as can be expected from any quality control panel, but they also provide a unique functionality that is essential for the optimum self cleaning operation. One such a unique feature is the APF module. It enables a cleaning cycle during which the pump draws down the water level to the absolute minimum, just before any air is ingested. As the water level drops, both settling and floating solids are being removed by the pump, which keeps the sump clean without any manual work. The frequency of the cleaning cycle can be pre-programmed to suit the specific site needs.
The APP 521 controller, the brain of the control panel, provides also other useful functions, as can be expected from the experts in wastewater pumping. These range from a variety of measures of protecting pumps to providing useful information on actual pump capacity and pumped volumes. All at a touch of a button.
The control system can be operated stand alone, on site or remotely, or it can be integrated with a higher-level SCADA system.
