 The grinder pump consists of an impeller, a rotating cutting device located on the impeller and a stationary cutting ring at the pump inlet. The grinding assembly is constructed from chromium alloy and stainless steel materials. All solids are reduced down to a size smaller that 1/4"x5/8" so that they can easily pass though discharge piping down to 11/4" diameter. The grinder pump is suitable for solids bearing liquids such as sewage, sludge and heavily ragged liquids. |
